The normal fee, including all costs, is around $1,500.00. Included in this fee are all filings and obtaining of Termination of Parental Rights of both parents, as well as handling the adoption hearing itself. This fee also includes going to the hospital to arrange Transfer of Custody, as well as any and all office visits for all parties involved. Our office has been handling Adoptions for over 25 years.

Our office handles Collections based on a contingent fee basis or based on an hourly basis. Normally, collection contingent fees are 33 1/3%. The hourly rate, if determined to go in that manner, is $150.00. In each case, if a suit must be filed, the upfront fee for filing a complaint is $150.00, which must be paid in advance. With 25 years experience handling Social Security cases on a contingent fee basis.The contingent fee is 25% and must be approved by the Administrative Law Judge. In addition, our office advances all costs necessary to secure needed medical reports, if they cannot be obtained through Social Security. The fee of 25% is only based on back-due benefits and no fee is charged for benefits secured for the future.
This office handles wills and estates. The fee for preparation of a simple Will for one person is $100.00 and for Companion Wills is $175.00. Our fee for handling an Estate is 5% of the taxable assets in Decedent's name alone up to a set amount and then this amount decreases with the size of the estate. All cases are handled on a contingent fee basis and the fee must be approved by the Worker's Compensation judge, which is typically 20%.
