Noah focuses his practice on general civil litigation and personal injury, and also handles wills and estate planning, DUI/criminal cases, and Workers' Compensation. Noah joined Gieg Law Offices after working for the Sheetz Corporate Headquarters in-house legal team. He also practiced as an Associate Attorney at Margolis Edelstein, where he handled a broad range of defense litigation for insurance companies.

While in law school, Noah received an aware from the Louis Mandarino Honor Society for Outstanding Oral Advocacy and Academic Excellence. He was also a member of Duquesne's Appelleate Moot Court Board and Duquesne's American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Team, placing as a competition co-finalist in Buffalo, New York in 2015. He also has studied international arbitration and European Union law at University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland, and human rights law at Queens University in Belfast, Ireland.

Prior to law school, Noah attended Juniata College in Huntington, Pennsylvania, where he majored in Politics and American History, and received a minor in Non-Verbal Communications. At Juniata, he served as Vice President of his undergraduate class in 2013, and Captain of the college football team his senior year. He has spent time overseas volunteering as a teaching assistant at a primary school in Colcester, England and for several non-profit organizations in The Gambia, West Africa.
